I en serie av intervjuer träffar vår Sales Manager Diego Villaman nyckelpersoner hos våra partners för att höra mer om deras syn på IT-trender, deras strategiska initiativ i Sverige och samarbetet med Conoa. Först ut är Richard Barry, Partner Executive Nordics and Baltics på SUSE. Vi satte oss ner för att höra mer om SUSE:s planer för året och hur de ser på samarbetet med Conoa. Trots att Richard har en felfri svenska får vi svaren på engelska.
Vilka stora IT-trender tror du att vi kommer att prata mest om under året?
– Containerisation of applications, the orchestration and securing these. Also, SAP as it moves to the cloud. The role of open source in the public sector as compliance bites there and alternatives are being sought for Microsoft.
Vad kommer vara SUSE:s viktigaste strategiska satsning på den svenska marknaden 2022?
– Our team in the Nordics. We have recruited so many new talented professionals in the last few months to upskill our work with partners and clients.
Vilka av era produkter eller lösningar kommer SUSE att fokusera på tillsammans med Conoa?
– Rancher, Longhorn, Harvester, NeuVector and the great open source solutions in Linux. Watch this space as we are developing new solutions constantly.
